What we teach
Judo
The gentle way. Off-balance your partner and throw them, then control them on the ground. Judo is an Olympic sport and a complete self-defence system, and learning to fall safely is the first thing anyone is taught.
Jiu Jitsu
The open art. A looser ruleset than most, and always evolving, taking whatever works from wherever it finds it. Position, escapes and submissions are the core. It rewards patience and problem-solving over size and strength.
Aikido
The traditional path. Blend with an attack and redirect it rather than meeting force with force, using joint control and throws. It asks for timing rather than strength. Provided by Taizenkan Aikido Central Coast.
One membership covers all three, along with open mat sessions and private lessons. Visitors from other clubs are always welcome, so come and say hello. See every class.

A week on the mat
21 classes a week across 6 days, from 6:30am to 9pm, so there is usually something that fits around work or school. See the full weekly timetable.
